We store participation completion times, sponsorship confirmation messages, brand responses, review decisions, and payout records to manage each sponsorship and its payment.

We keep what we need to run the auction. We do not sell your data.

Account

Name, email, role, and the other fields you give us when you sign up or edit your profile.

Photos and video

Front and back photos and a short introduction video you upload so brands can see you. Prepared studio photos are only used after you approve them.

Bids

Who bid, how much, and whether the bid was held, won, or refunded.

Pay

If you are an athlete, we store a Whop username so the founder can send your payout after delivery is approved. Approval creates an amount due. It does not send money.
